What is you current processing time?
My current processing time is 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from order date. My P.O drop off days are Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Saturday’s, so if your label is printed before any of those days, your order will be dropped off on the following drop off day.
Are coupons stackable?
No, coupons are not stackable. If I am running a sale on the website, all prices are automatically discounted. NO COUPONS OR REWARDS CODES are allowed if I’m running a sale. Rewards codes can be used any other time.
If you use a rewards code on top of the already discounted listings, I will be refunding your order MINUS the 5% restocking fee. This fee is to cover fees that PayPal and Shopify payment systems do not return to the seller when orders are refunded.
Do you honor refunds/accept returns/exchanges?
I will gladly refund/cancel your purchase within 24 hours after placing your order and ONLY if production has not yet started. If your order has already been shipped there are no refunds.
Please note: A 5% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund if you choose to cancel your order. The 5% restocking fee is to cover fees that PayPal and Shopify payment systems do not return to the seller when orders are refunded.
I am all about making my customers happy, so customer satisfaction is very important to me! I try my best to communicate with my customers if there are any issues keeping me from sending out my orders on time.
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping is a flat rate of $3.75 via first class mail with tracking for domestic orders, and international orders start at $10.00
How often do you drop off orders?
I drop off packages on Monday's, Wednesday's and Saturday's, so please be patient if your order has been marked as shipped and you see no movement for a couple of days.
Tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?
If it has been 2 weeks or more since your package has been shipped and there has been no movement with tracking, or have not yet received it, please contact me.
Once packages are dropped off personally at the Post Office, it becomes USPS' responsibility. I have no control over how long they take to deliver packages. Most of my packages are delivered in as little as 3 business days after they have been accepted at the post office, and as long as 2 weeks after they have been shipped, so please be patient.
If your order has been marked as "delivered" and you didn't receive it, you need to call your local PO to get GPS Coordinates of where the package was delivered to. Once you have that information, please contact me WITHIN 2 DAYS of the "delivered" date for me to replace your order, but you will be responsible for cost of the shipping label, as I will be replacing your entire order at no cost.
**If you do not contact me within 2 days, unfortunately, I won't be able to replace your order** but I will offer you a reasonable coupon code if you’d like to place another order.
I will only resend an order if it has been 2 months after the ship date and ONLY if the package tracking has not updated from the “in transit” stage. If a package has been marked as delivered and you didn’t receive it, I will not be able to resend your order.
I set a 2 month window because majority of international orders take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to get to their destination, and in some cases, customs holds onto packages for a bit longer and I have no control over how long customs decides to hold onto packages.
International customers are responsible for any and all customs charges that may occur. Total full retail price is listed on customs forms per USPS federal regulations.
Custom orders/Custom changes to listings:
No changes will be made to any listing (Unless the listing has a custom option on the drop down menu) and unless it has been discussed and approved PRIOR to placing your order.
If a note is left with a request to change anything on a listing, it will most likely go overlooked and no refunds will be granted in this case. So please feel free to message me about any custom changes you would like.
