Oops! Decoden Washi Cutters

This listing is for one oops decoden washi cutter.

These washi cards are 100% useable, they just have minor imperfections with the silicone placement and some of the washi cards may not be fully covered with the decoden material or the silicone lost its shape or is too thick. 

IMPORTANT:

Please be gentle with the washi card and please do not pick/pull at the decoden as that will cause the material to deteriorate and fall off of the washi card.
